Management
The management team shapes Wild Woods with creativity, vision, and care, guiding every workshop, performance, and event. They make sure each experience is inspiring, safe, and full of fun, helping the community explore creativity and grow through every project.
Azaria Wood
Founder, Performer & Instructor
Dazzling audiences nationwide with captivating LED, Fire, and Pixel visual arts performances. From the grand stage of Cirque de la Quirk at the Isle of Wight Festival, to the spectacular GB welcome home ceremony, performing to over 11,000 people and broadcast live on BBC 1, to the smaller stages of Ventnor Fringe Festival, Three Rivers Music Festival, Terror Island and many, many more... Performing is my passion. I love what I do and love teaching the next generation, and giving them the opportunity to perform on stages and showcase their skills and achievements.
Kai Davies
Manager, Performer & Instructor
Kai is Azaria's right hand man at Wild Woods. Kai picked up his first set of Flowersticks over a decade ago at a music festival and has been obsessed with Circus ever since! Starting out with Ryde Extreme Performers he performed with Fire & LED props at the Isle of Wight Festival, Bestival, Carnivals and much more! Alongside performing he's also been teaching and leading Circus workshops from the very beginning of his Circus journey. Flower sticks were his first prop and still his favourite to this day, but Kai loves all circus props and is happy to help you learn, whatever takes your fancy.

Our performance team brings energy, skill, and excitement to every workshop and show. From circus skills and dance to fire, magic, and visual artistry, they create experiences that are engaging, memorable, and packed with creativity and joy.
Jake Rigby
Performer & Entertainer
Jake is a versatile performer with over 14 years of experience in fire performance, stunts, and high-energy stage shows. A former competitive trampolinist and gymnastics coach, he developed a strong foundation in movement and body control, which continues to shape his work on stage. Jake spent seven years producing his own stunt show in nightclubs and pubs, where he combined daring spectacle with dynamic performance. Alongside his entertainment career, he has worked in special needs and autism care, giving him a unique depth of understanding and connection. Passionate and creative, Jake brings energy, skill, and excitement to every show.
Jennifer Richardson
Pole Dance Instructor & Performer
Jennifer is a dedicated pole dancer with a passion for performance and creative expression. Her journey onto the stage began at the prestigious London Pole Dancing Championships, where her commitment to the art of movement truly came alive. With a natural gift for choreography, she enjoys crafting powerful routines that reflect the rhythm and emotion of the music around her. Jennifer is constantly expanding her skills, training in new techniques and styles to keep her work fresh and exciting. Energetic and inspiring, she brings creativity and enthusiasm to every class, motivating others to discover their own love of dance.
Ellie Chessell
Performer & Henna Artist
Ellie is a creative performer and visual artist with a deep passion for self-expression through art and movement. With a background in circus skills, she brings a playful and captivating energy to her performances, blending physical artistry with a love of visual storytelling. Ellie is also a talented henna artist, creating intricate, bespoke designs that celebrate individuality and beauty. Whether on stage, at events, or working one-to-one, she enjoys connecting with people and sharing her creativity in meaningful ways. Dedicated and imaginative, Ellie continues to expand her skills and inspire others through both performance and visual art.
Luke Lamont
Magician & Entertainer
Luke is a versatile magician, showman, and host with a flair for captivating audiences through comedy and illusion. With a natural stage presence and quick wit, Luke blends classic sleight-of-hand with light-hearted humour, creating unforgettable moments of wonder and laughter. His card tricks and comedic magic have delighted audiences of all ages, whether at intimate gatherings, lively parties, or larger stage shows. Skilled in adapting to any occasion, Luke thrives on engaging with people and leaving them entertained, amazed, and smiling. A true all-round entertainer, he brings charm, creativity, and fun to every performance he delivers.
Production Team
The production team ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From planning and logistics to photography, videography, and teaching support, they make every workshop, performance, and event seamless, safe, and enjoyable for all.
Dan Davies
Physiotherapist & Instructor
Dan is a dedicated physiotherapist and body healing specialist, running his own practice, Dan’s Hands, where he supports people in achieving recovery, balance, and overall wellbeing. With a deep understanding of movement and physical health, Dan combines his professional expertise with a passion for helping others reach their full potential and maintain long-term wellness. Beyond his physiotherapy work, Dan is an integral part of Cirque de la Quirk and has been involved with Wild Woods since its earliest days, providing essential support both on and off stage. A committed father, he often shares his love of creativity and performance by involving his daughter in the community and activities.
Charles Bonner
Producer & Entertainer
Charlie is a dynamic creative with a passion for bringing diverse performances to life. With experience spanning theatre, street performance, and bespoke projects, Charlie thrives on sharing skills and inspiring others to unlock their creativity. As a children’s party entertainer, Charlie combines boundless energy with a love of performance to craft fun and memorable experiences. A strong background in Theatre in Education has seen Charlie deliver engaging workshops on road safety, stranger danger, and awareness, encouraging self-expression and confidence. Currently teaching acting, dancing, and street dance, Charlie continues to nurture creativity while inspiring audiences of all ages.
Toby Brown
Business & Production
Toby brings years of business experience and creative expertise to support Wild Woods, overseeing design, websites, photography, videography, production, logistics, marketing. & more. With a passion for organisation and creativity, he ensures every project runs smoothly and looks exceptional, helping bring ideas to life in innovative and professional ways. Toby is also the founder and host of Ballyrags Comedy Club, combining his love of entertainment with event production skills. As Azaria’s partner, he plays a key role in supporting her vision and work, sharing in her successes, and taking pride in helping the Wild Woods community flourish through dedication and collaboration.
